Nice Temperature Controller Circuit Using Lm35
We are using 16 2 lcd to display current temperature and set points.
Temperature controller circuit using lm35. Arduino temperature controller circuit. Here is a straight forward yet effective digital temperature controller that can be used with temperature control systems. Here is a simple yet highly accurate thermal control circuit which can be used in applications where automatic temperature control is needed.
The ic we will use to measure the temperature is the lm35 ic. Pins 8 and 4 v and gnd of lm358 are connected to 5v and gnd. Arduino temperature sensor using lm35.
The lm35 device does not require any. Its use on power amplifier circuit above and only requires dc fan. Sunday april 17 2016 basic circuit of the lm35are made to control the fan is either used on amplifier that requires automatic cooling.
The circuit uses ic lm 35 ic3 to as the temperature sensor the output of lm 35 is given to the ic adc 0804 ic4 which converts the analog output of the lm 35 to digital output. We will integrate this with the arduino to measure the temperature. It can activate or deactivate any kind of device by observing a temperature.
The adc 0804 is a 8 bit adc. From basic sensors based on ic and amplifier op amp is added again to the transistor q1 to drive the fan. If temperature goes beyond a particular level 50 degree in this circuit then red led will glow automatically otherwise yellow led remains on below that particular temperature.
When the temperature falls below the preset temperature relay is de energized. The circuit switches a miniature relay on or off according to the temperature detected by the single chip temperature sensor lm35dz. The lm35 series are precision integrated circuit temperature devices with an output voltage linearly proportional to the centigrade temperature.
