Cool Blower Motor Wires Getting Hot

Blower motor wires getting hot. Many electrical appliances are intentionally designed for the internal wires to get hot. If no voltage you could use jumper wire connected to voltage on the output side of fuse cavity to see if blower would work. The bad motor will draw too much current and cause the heating that damages everything.
Still getting hot enough to shrink the tubing. Have you checked all the fuses. The blower fuse is hot all the time.
This symptom is often coupled with the furnace shutting off completely. Finally had to bypass the fuse panel setup and install an inline fuse holder. You have probably seen the element in an electric heating glowing red so it produces heat.
A hot or burning smell from vents in the home. Change the end on the harness put in another new resistor and change the blower motor as well. The fuse has an input leg and output leg even if the fuse is blown the input leg would still have voltage.
Also did the connector cleaning routine tightening and haven t had any problems lately other than wearing out the blowers on my 3rd one 630 000 miles so they last for a while. 2 wires going to blower motor are getting extremely hot. How do i get the blower out answered by a verified ford mechanic.
Examples include an iron heater hairdryer and even light bulbs. Blower motors that are starting to go bad are often a cause for resistors burning up. Both wires continued to get hot so i removed the connector and connected each wire together with butt connectors.
